1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777rk", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 777rk platform, operating under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" means the 777rk website accessible at https://777rk.app, including all casino, sportsbook, live dealer, and account management features.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers and holds an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins values, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account under a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by the Platform's licensing obligations.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed by a Player on their own Account, preventing access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team.

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English version shall prevail.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

777rk is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all Accounts will be closed and any Balance or Bonus Funds will be forfeited.

3.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. 777rk is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account closure.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is operated under an international gaming license and is made available to players in jurisdictions where online gambling is not expressly prohibited. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 777rk does not provide legal advice in this regard.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 777rk support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

777rk will never contact you by email, phone, or live chat to request your password. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend an Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that security has been compromised, pending investigation and Player verification.

5 Know Your Customer (KYC)

777rk is required under its international gaming license to conduct identity verification on all Players. KYC verification may be requested at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review.

5.1 Documents Required

We may request any combination of the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document issued within the last three months showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the deposit method (e.g., JazzCash wallet screenshot, bank statement) belongs to you.
• Source of Funds: In certain cases, documentation establishing the source of funds deposited may be required under our anti-money laundering obligations.

5.2 Withdrawal Holds

Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. 777rk will not be held liable for delays in withdrawal processing where such delays arise from a Player's failure to provide requested documentation in a timely manner.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant transfer, and USDT. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

6.2 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs100.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's Account in PKR.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within seconds of transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfers may take one to three business hours depending on the sending institution.
• 777rk does not charge a fee on standard deposits. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control.

6.3 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
• A minimum of Rs500 is required per withdrawal request.
• All active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be completed or the bonus forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• 777rk targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Actual receipt times depend on the payment method selected.

6.4 Currency

All Account Balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a Player deposits in an alternative currency (e.g., USDT), conversion to PKR will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 777rk is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered on the Platform are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before they or any associated winnings become withdrawable as real money.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds not wagered within the time period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the promotion terms expressly permit it.
• Abuse: Any Player found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the creation of multiple Accounts, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear wagering requirements, or collusion with other Players — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their Account permanently closed.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The Platform offers cricket betting, other sportsbook markets, live dealer casino games, and slot titles. Each product area is governed by specific rules accessible within the relevant section of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all product areas:

• Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• 777rk reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to a pricing error or technical fault.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all products. These are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game or slot session, bets will be settled based on the game state recorded on the server at the time of the failure. Player-side technical issues (e.g., internet disconnection) do not entitle the Player to a refund of a wager already placed.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20s, and Test series — are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). Settlement may be delayed pending official confirmation.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering multiple Accounts or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to manipulate game outcomes or bonus structures.
• Money laundering, using the Platform to process funds of illicit origin, or any activity that 777rk is legally obligated to report under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by local law.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 777rk staff or other Players.

10 Responsible Gaming

777rk is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its Pakistani player base. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment, never a financial necessity or a response to personal difficulty. The following tools are available to all registered Players directly from their Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of six months or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Players who are self-excluded may not open a new Account during the exclusion period — any such Account will be closed and any Balance forfeited.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, page layouts, and the 777rk brand name — is the exclusive property of 777rk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution, or publication of any Platform content without prior written consent from 777rk.
• Use of any 777rk branding, trademarks, or game assets for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777rk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from Platform downtime, technical faults, or errors caused by third-party service providers.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including bonus abuse resulting in forfeiture.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account due to the Player's failure to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.
• Loss of data, profits, or business arising from Platform unavailability.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777rk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code, and we are not liable for any harm arising from your reliance on the Platform being continuously available.

Nothing in these Terms limits 777rk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 777rk is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, we collect and use your data to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with our KYC and anti-money laundering obligations, and — where you have consented — to send you promotional communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the Platform or these Terms, you should contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing us at the address listed in the footer of this page. Our support team targets resolution of all complaints within five business days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our support team, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by our international gaming license. Details of the escalation process are available from our support team on request.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable law.

15 Amendments

777rk reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

16 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777rk holds its international gaming license. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified by that licensing jurisdiction.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
